Exchanges, Returns & Refunds

Merchandise must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. 

You must return the item within 15 days of your purchase. 

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return, exchange or refund.

Max Challenge Returns   

International  - Customer is responsible for the shipping costs UNLESS the item was sent by mistake or a manufacturer defect.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will gladly refund your original method of payment when the item is returned and inspected. Returns must not have been worn, used or altered. If the item was a gift, customers will only have the option of choosing something of equal value and/or pay the difference.

For Refunds: (shipping costs are non-refundable)

If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges regardless if its domestic or international) will be refunded to you using the original payment method once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets our return conditions. If the item was a gift, customers will only have the option of choosing something of equal value and/or pay the difference. 

For Exchanges:

 At this time, we do not honor exchanges. Refunds will be issued for approved return requests.

Cancellations
Orders that haven’t been processed can be cancelled at no charge.  Please email Customer Service at TheMax@silkscreenshirtsinc.com, with you order number, customer recipient name and a contact number
